Fit's 'at?
What's this? You go guess.
This was sent to me by my cousin over the pond, so don't y'all go thinking we Brits are the only ones to go soft and wiberal.
Any ideas?
Does this help a bit?
This is in Austria. It is a Justice Centre.
Clearly they have a different idea of how to handle criminals.
It is called Justizzentrum Leoben.
Homeless people should have it so good!
My Colonial cousins quote that, "Once again the taxpayer gets stung." Where have I heard that before?
So much for punishment or deterrent. Hand me the switch-blade now.
Just in case you ever get these two environments mixed up, this comparison chart should make things a little bit clearer:

The politicians involved don't want to make it too harsh--After all, they might wind up inside...
Looks much like the new prison in Austria!
Prison:
At the end of the day you go to a cell, alone.
Work:
At the end of the day you go home to your wife/husband and kids and have a nice hot meal prepared for you.
Just another version Noddy.
Those pictres actually look very similar to the apartment I'm currently trying to buy a flat in.
And for once I'm not being sarcastic.
Dickie,
Not often I say this, but you are quite correct, if not politically. It IS in Austria and I have amended the post accordingly once my colonial cousins emailed me giving up their claim as one of theirs. There's no oil in Austria is there?
ATNS,
Apartment! Gee, don't you guys still have flats down south? Have a nice day.
Annette,
Bloody good point apart from the hot meal bit. I expect little and get less!
Apartment, flat... If I say apartment to myself it sounds nicer (and more importantly bigger) than the places I actually live in.
Thanks for bursting my bubble though Boss!
Wish my home was just as nice. Oy vey.
